SERIES INFORMATION:
X-Men #1 came out in November 1963. Writer Stan Lee, pencilled by Jack Kirby, and inked by Paul Reinman. The Original X-Men continued until X-Men 93 (reprints from issue #67-93). Marvel then introduced the All New All Different X-Men in #94. But the FIRST appearance of new X-men was X-Men Giant Size #1 in 1975. Writer Len Wein, pencilled and inked by Dave Cockrum, and colored by Gil Kane and Dave Cockrum again.
X-Men has since spanned off into multiple titles, the current ones (that I know of being Ultimate X-Men, Exiles, Uncanny X-Men, New X-Men, X-Statix, Wolverine, and New X-Men. There are also two movies, X-Men and X-Men 2: X-Men United (more widely known as X2), video games, several cartoons such as X-Men Evolution, and the countless fanfics and RPGs.
